Forgot your passcode?

For your security, your passcode is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered by us. If you forget it, you'll need to reinstall the app, which clears the vault.

Locked apps aren't shielding

Make sure you granted Screen Time permission. If a shield doesn't appear, remove the lock and add it again — iOS caches shield configuration.
